a44k Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

a44k is an online betting and casino platform offering cricket betting, sportsbook, live casino, slot games, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to all services provided on the platform.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These terms apply to all a44k products, services, software, applications, and websites. By creating an account or using the platform, the user enters into a binding agreement with these terms.

1.2 Language & Interpretation

This document may be available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. "We", "a44k", and "platform" refer to the a44k service; "you", "user", and "player" refer to the account holder.

1.3 Right to Amend

a44k reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or site notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To create a valid account, the user must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Not be located in any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Provide accurate and complete information on the registration form.
• Create only one account — multiple accounts are not permitted.
• Register on their own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

a44k reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require a copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of address. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

If a user provides false or incomplete information, the account may be closed immediately and any related funds may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details fully confidential. Sharing account details with any third party is not allowed. If a user suspects that their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must contact [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account may be operated per individual, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be forfeited. The return of the original deposited amount will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

a44k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, especially in cases of a breach of these terms. Users may also request account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are supported on the a44k platform:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

4.2 Deposit Processing

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is within 1 hour. However, this may take longer if KYC verification or a security review is in progress. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.4 Fees & Taxes

a44k generally does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, the payment provider may apply their own fees. The responsibility for paying any applicable taxes or duties rests entirely with the user.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

a44k offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each promotion once only.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash and may only be used for betting.
• Bonus validity is stated in the promotion details; if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is not allowed.
• a44k reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

a44k has five VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback and special benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Tiers are upgraded based on player activity. Cashback payments are administered at a44k's discretion.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Principles

a44k offers cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports, alongside slots, live casino, bingo, and virtual sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

6.2 Bet Acceptance & Rejection

a44k reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, a44k reserves the right to cancel the bet and refund the staked amount.

6.3 Determination of Results

The results of all sporting events will be determined in accordance with the official announcements of the relevant sports governing body. a44k's decision on game results will be considered final.

6.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

Users may voluntarily set their own deposit, loss, or session limits. This feature is available in a44k account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; requests to increase a limit may take time to process.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action:

• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Using bots, automated software, or unauthorised scripts.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in games or the system.
• Colluding with other players in betting or match fixing.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to breach platform security measures or hacking.
• Logging in using another user's identity.
• Unauthorised use of a44k's trademarks or intellectual property.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

a44k strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but service may be disrupted due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party factors. a44k is not obliged to provide any financial compensation for such disruptions.

8.2 Technical Errors

If a bet result is affected by a software error or incorrect display, a44k reserves the right to cancel the bet and return the original stake. Claims for additional winnings arising from errors will not be accepted.

8.3 Third-Party Services

a44k provides content from third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.). a44k is not directly liable for any losses caused by issues with these providers' software.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 Data Sharing

a44k does not sell user information to any third party. However, information may be shared in the following circumstances:

On any matter relating to applicable rules, the decision of a44k shall be considered final and binding.

12 Changes and Termination

12.1 Changes to Terms

a44k reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email or notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Service Termination

a44k reserves the right to partially or fully discontinue the service at any time. In such cases, any valid funds held in users' accounts will be returned through the appropriate process.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be removed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with a44k's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the user and a44k, and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
